1. What tis the composition of your wax?
We use a Natural blend of coconut and soy paraffin-free wax in our wax blend.
2.What kind of wicks do you use?
We use non-bleached lead-free cotton wicks for our candles.
3. How long do your candles burn? Our standard-sized candles typically burn for 50-55 hours, if burn in an optimal burning space.
5. Do you use sustainable packaging? Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Our packaging materials are eco-friendly, recyclable and sustainable.
6. Are your candles safe for pets and children? While our candles are made from non-toxic ingredients, we recommend keeping them out of reach of children and pets to ensure safety. Always follow the safety instructions provided with your candles.
7. Can I return or exchange a candle if I'm not satisfied with my purchase? Yes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for more information on the process.
8. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders? Unfortunately Not at the moment.
9. How can I care for my candles to ensure the best burn experience? To maximize the life of your candles, keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch, burn candles in a draft-free area. On your first burn, make sure you burn the candle for at least 3-4 hours or until the top surface of the candle to be all melted to avoid for the candle to "tunnel".Always monitor your candle during lighting sessions, and always place your candle on top of a heat resistance area.
10. Do you ship internationally? We currently We offer Woldwide shipping using different delivery services! Shipping costs and times may vary, so please check our Shipping Information for details. Also Maison Africanist isn't responsible for any International lost package. However, as It is very important for us, as an African Rooted brand, even though we Handcraft our products in the USA, We made sure that our products are also available in the Motherland. please checkout our section "purchase in Africa" to find out where in Africa we are.
11. Are your products cruelty-free? Yes, our candles are cruelty-free, and we do not test our products on animals.
12. What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and more. You can find a full list of accepted payment methods during the checkout process.
13. Can I subscribe to receive regular candle deliveries? At the moment we are not offering that service yet, but we are exploring this possibility and keeping that in mind for sure.
